THANKSGIVING FOOD BOX REQUIREMENTS
Sign-Ups will be taken at the
OROVILLE RESCUE MISSION THRIFT STORE. Located
at 2130 Bird St. Oroville CA 95966.
Sign-up Hours are Mon, Thurs from 11am-3pm and Fri
from 12 pm-4pm
• Proof of Identification/Applicant/All Adults - State Picture ID. Jail or Parole ID
will work
• Proof of Identification/Children - Medical Cards or Birth Certificates or
School Record
• Proof of Residence - Utility Bill/Official Mail of any kind.
• Proof of Income - Check Stubs or Bank Statement for Direct Deposit or Award
letter/Passport to Services
You will receive a Receipt with your appointment time to pick up your food box. You will be required to have
your Picture ID & your receipt in order to pick up the food box.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR RECEIPT!!
